Kelly is as passionate today as when she entered the industry 30 years ago. Now a well respected colour expert technician and voted the Best Colourist in Wales three years running in 2020, 2021 and 2022 by the Salon Awards. Kelly is a Technical Advisor for and Educator for OSMO. Kelly was voted the Nations Favourite Hairdresser 2018 by both clients and stylists beating competition from both the UK and Ireland. Kelly is proud of the relationship's she has built over the years with her wonderful client's and believes customer care is paramount to the salon and staff .
As well as being a highly accomplished and respected Hair Stylist Kelly is an Airbase Pro qualified makeup artist and has previously been shortlisted for the Welsh National Wedding Awards.

Georgia Dobbs
Assistant Hair Stylist
Georgia is the newest member of team Technocracy and it was clear from day one that she is going to be a fantastic hair stylist as she has a natural flair for hair. Georgia is qualified to level one and is currently working to achieve her Level two hairdressing qualification. Georgia has a thirst for knowledge and is always keen to learn from the team. Being a member of Team Technocracy you can be rest assured that Georgia will be trained to the highest standards. Georgis is curerntly offfering all blowdry and curling services and global colour applications under the expert guidance of Creative Director Kelly.

Level 2 qualified Hair Stylist
Georgia was the first new member of team Technocracy and it was clear from day one that she is going to be a fantastic hair stylist as she has a natural flair for hair. Georgia is qualified to level two and is currently working to achieve her Level three graduate hairdressing qualification. Georgia has a thirst for knowledge and is always keen to learn from the team. Being a member of Team Technocracy you can be rest assured that Georgia will be trained to the highest standards. Georgia is currently offering all blow-dry and curling services and global colour applications under the expert guidance of Creative Director Kelly.
Robyn Davies
Assistant Hair Stylist
Robyn is the newest member of Team Technocracy joining us from school and recently qualified to Level 2 stylist. Robyn is currently working towards her barbouring qualification.
Robyn has real talent for someone so young in her years and it is clear she has a real passion for hairdressing with a superb flair for plaiting and hair up and has already created some fantastic work. Robyn will continue to grow throughout her level two training under the expert guidance of owner and educator Kelly.
